We have officially obtained theCCS Factory Approval Certificate after passing the rigorous on-site audit and systematic assessment by China Classification Society (CCS). This milestone certification confirms that HIWA Valve’s R&D, manufacturing, anti-corrosion technology and quality management systems for marine valves fully meet national marine engineering standards, qualifying the company for professional production and supply of marine-grade valve products.
As the most authoritative certification body for China’s shipbuilding and marine industry, CCS factory approval is widely regarded as the gold standard for maritime market access. The strict audit covers full production procedures, product performance verification and full-lifecycle quality traceability, representing the highest industry recognition for the reliability and professionalism of marine products.
During the assessment, CCS experts strictly inspected our core product performances, including seawater corrosion resistance, structural stability, sealing reliability and epoxy coating anti-corrosion performance, as well as our production equipment, standardized processes and testing systems. HIWA Valve fully complied with all CCS specifications and successfully passed all audit items.
