HIWA's predecessor, Jinjun Butterfly Valve Factory, was established. At the beginning, the company mainly produced butterfly plates and valve spindles as OEM for world famous companies such as WATTS and CRANE. During this period, Jinjun Butterfly Valve Factory quickly established a good reputation in the industry by virtue of its superb manufacturing techniques and strict quality control. By cooperating with these large international companies, Jinjun Butterfly Valve Factory not only accumulated rich production experience, but also improved its own technical level, laying a solid foundation for future development.
Huihua Valve Industry Co., Ltd.(Hiwa) was formally reorganized and established, marking the company's entry into a new stage of development. At this time, the company began to fully produce butterfly valves, check valves, ball valves and double flange butterfly valves and other finished products. With the continuous improvement of production technology and quality management, Hiwa quickly obtained the ISO9001 international quality system certification, as well as TUV PED and CE certification. These certifications not only prove that the company's product quality meets international standards, but also lay the foundation for expanding the international market.
Hiwa made a large-scale investment and expansion, and built a new factory, covering an area of 40,000 square meters, which became the company's headquarters in Tianjin. In the same year, Zibo Hiwa was established, covering an area of 20,000 square meters, mainly producing gate valves, globe valves, check valves, filters, exhaust valves and knife gate valves. This series of investment and expansion marked Huihua's successful transformation into a group company integrating design, production and sales. Meanwhile, Huihua Valve Industry has obtained the national special equipment manufacturing license, which further enhances the company's comprehensive strength and market competitiveness.
The Hiwa Group was established, along with the Group International Trade Center, to further strengthen its position in the international market. In the same year, Zibo Special Valve R&D Center was established, which marked the company's in-depth investment in technological innovation. Hiwa Foundry Co., Ltd. was officially established on 59,000 square meters of land. This not only expanded the company's production base, but also strengthened its strength and influence in the foundry industry. Improvement of core business chain: The company jumped out of the traditional concept of a foundry providing only rough castings and shifted to a new product concept centered on the provision of solutions, end castings and customer service.
